Can you please add this feature if possible to stop recording after certain time? example stop recording the file when it reaches 1 hour 15 minutes and etc...

if you want you can do this very easily with vMixUTC

It takes 30 seconds to setup:
Create a Timer Widget, set it to 1h15 with "reverse" option to make it a countdown
Fill the "On Completion" field with a command name like "StopMyRec"

Now create a Button Widget and give it a name
Tick the "execute" box and write "StopMyRec" in the link field
Click the "script" + sign
Select "execlink" in the dropdown menu and select "StopRecording" in the function menu

If you click this button manually, vMix recording stops
Now start the countdown. When it reaches 0:00, the command "StopMyRec" is sent to auto execute the Button command.

Et voila!

Google searched 'Stop Recording in vMix' - and your guide popped up.
I played around with UTC a coupe of years ago, but have not been back on it, until now...

After a little trial and error - managed to work it out and it works beautifully.

I assume you can do the same for "Stop Stream"
