I made all possible tests. driver update, test test.
Maybe it's time to upgrade to Windows 8 even if they are fond of window 7

Did you check the graphic card is correctly inserted in the slot? Sometimes they can move a little...

Another test is to change the graphic card for a couple of days (if you've got another one at hand)...

And finally if you decide to update the OS, I suggest to move to W10 directly

I solved the problem. I installed windows 8.1.

And the system must say that it seems faster and more stable
