Hello, we have a problem with vMix. Currently we're using trial version but we want to buy full licence. Our problem is v Mix freezes and shows us something about problem with connecting to cameras (have about 8 cameras there + 1 loop video (10sec). Is there any way to find why it freezes? Some logs http://pastebin.com/8yjAVxgyThank you.

Better tell more about your setup. System specs, capture cards, camera's, etc.

It seems your system is really under-powered for 8 cams but we still miss a lot of information to be able to diagnose this issue...
Need to know camera models and capture card... You say "vMix shows us something about problem with connecting to cameras". What is the error message?

With that graphics adapter, I am surprised there is any "un-freezing". What are your render times? (look at bottom of screen)

I just ran an event last Saturday (1/7/17). Used the same laptop (3rd Gen i7/16GB/480SSD/GTX675m) I've used for years. I have, in the last year, used it for outdoor event (In Florida) running 11, 6 and 9 hours without a single total freeze up.
I updated to 18.0.0.59 the day before the show (as is my habit to check for new stuff) and configured the laptop for the event (2 cameras via Magewell X100USB, a Behinger 1204USB and then the graphics (static with one short 17 s branding lead in/out).
Streaming to FB Live, about 30 minutes in, the vMix frame went grey, but the video and audio were still being recorded into vMix and FB. The stream was back and forth orange to red, then after about 2 minutes, the vMix frame was normal again and we obviously continued.
I also had cameras freeze up about the 1 hr point. vMix was running, but video stopped. Tried: Change the input. Good for 2-3 seconds, then freeze up. Drop and add input. 2-3 secs., Unplug Magewell, reconnect. Still the same. I had done this on one of my outdoor shows (under a 10x10 canopy tent), when a rain squall passed and the video sopped. Unplugging and reconnecting cameras brought them back to life with no other issues.
I did shut off vMix this time and restarted, reloaded configuration file, but cameras continued the same 2-3s functioning.
After the end of the broadcast (I had turned on my Canon Vixia record chips to cover the live outage for the post production), I rebooted the computer, brought the configuration back up and ran for 10 minutes with no problems with the cameras od vMix.
I will note this, as I'm not sure of the answer just yet:
I had recently installed Acronis True Image Backup (http://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/computer-backup/) on my systems, this one included. Like cloud data backup (I have CrashPlan running on the laptop - have for years and never pause/disable it), but it also backup, on the fly, a complete disk image to the cloud as well. Just in trying to figure out the problem, that's the one significant change outside of 18.0.0.59 on my system. I've pretty much only used the laptop for streaming anymore, so the days of lots of playing with different programs is past for it.
I'll keep posting if I track down the culprit.

@Curt - any idea what your CPU use was during this time?
Also, if you can recreate this event, you can send a Support Report to vMix for analysis (Settings -> About -> Send Support Report)

Curt M wrote:2 cameras via Magewell X100USB, a Behinger 1204USB Hi, The Magewell devices use a lot of USB bandwidth, so if they are dropping out it could be due to a USB conflict. You can try the latest firmware from the Magewell site, and run some tests with them with and without the Behringer plugged in. Using 2 on some laptops also may not work reliably due to the reasons above. Regards, Martin vMix

@Curt Not sure of the USB layout of your laptop, but if you used it before with 2 Magewells and the Behringer with no problems, consider disabling Acronis True Image Backup. Quote:The stream was back and forth orange to red, then after about 2 minutes, the vMix frame was normal again and we obviously continued. Even though Arconis didn't give you problems in the past, some software gets bigger and bigger, using more memory resources as it gets updated over the months. Same program, but now it wants to hog more resources detrimental to an active, foreground program/process. It doesn't seem that it is a necessary program to be running during a live streaming event.
