Hello, we have the camcorder JVC GY-HM200 capable of emitting by the following protocols streaming RTMP, MPEG2-TS / UDP, MPEG2-TS / TCP, RTSP / RTP, ZIXI. You could vmix (version 17 pro) receive stream directly from the camera? Thank.

Have to add little warning about using set transport stream over UDP. I think it's bug with vMIX, but if you some reason lost connection to the camera (vMIX says connection error), vMIX can't recover the connection without restarting the program. vMIX thinks the UDP port is still in use and can't receive more than one stream from one port.

That's right! Be warn with the audio when streaming in transport stream UDP to vMix... Sometimes work sometimes not :-(

Has this bug been reported? I am planning to use my JVC cameras to do live streaming of Basketball in February and I want as few hiccups as possible.

I have seen no delay between the camera and vMix.
I borrowed a JVC GY-HM300 last night and using it and my HM200 I did a two camera Facebook Live broadcast with no issues. Worked great.

Hey everyone. Trying to get my JVC HM200 ingested into vMix wirelessly in any way possible. I've tried following the instructions above for RTSP transport UDP, with no luck. I'm testing anything I can think of and welcome any feedback. Thanks!
vMix trial 19.0.0.47 Windows 10 ASUS 2.5ghz 500 SSD 2TB HD 2 GB VRAM
Camera settings: HD 1080 60i bitrate 5.0M
UDP address: ipaddress port: 6504
vMix settings: Stream Transport stream over UDP Port 6504 1000 ms buffer
master frame: 1080 60i

If it works in VLC maybe you can use the new Vmix VLC Plugin. It's BRAND NEW and described here:

Thanks. I'll try VLC tonight. But I'm interested in feedback from users like @dnavarrojr who have had success streaming directly from the camera to vmix via the RTSP/UDP protocol. If anyone can help me dial this in I would really appreciate it. I'm brand new to vmix so I'm still learning the program. I was able to ingest into Wirecast no problem but prefer to use vmix as it has more overall features I want. And since multiple users are reporting success in vmix with this protocol, I'm hoping to set mine up the same way.
Forgot to mention in my previous post. I'm on a home LAN 30mbs down and 5mbs up. And I of course have the streaming on, however it seems to only show live in the camera in red instead of yellow.

No luck with VLC. Can anyone help? I'm dedicating this entire weekend to getting this going and really need some help. Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: I'm now able to see the feed in VLC using RTSP. But when I select VLC stream in Vmix and enter the same URL I'm using in VLC, the feed in Vmix is just a solid black blank screen.
Camera: RTSP Password: 0000
VLC rtsp://<cameraipaddress>:554/stream stream looks great, about a second latency
When trying in vMix Stream type: VLC URL- rtsp://192.168.0.5:554/stream blank black screen no video or audio

@ Followyourblissmedia
Did you download and install the plug-in "vlcforvmix.exe" as per the instructions in the YouTube link that Speegs provided above?

Hello IceStream. Thanks so much for the reply. Yes i downloaded the plugin and see the VLC option in Stream window in vMix, and I'm able to see the stream in VLC using rtsp://192.168.0.5:554/stream, but when I use the same url in vmix, the input is a black screen, no video or audio.
Stream Type: VLC URL- rtsp://192.168.0.5:554/stream
