I don't think this is a hardware issue, and have seen this several times now. Its rare, maybe once a month and a reboot sorts it (but not easy to do mid show).

Live audio channels mysteriously stop working for no rational reason. At first I thought it was a broken microphone, but I could see the VU meters on my audio interface jumping up and down, then I realised I could see the Pre-fade meters in the audio setting for the specific channel that failed, but nothing on the post-fade meters in Audio settings.

This channel has no EQ, Compression, Gates or modifications to its channel mixer. Gain is at 0db and delay is at 0ms. It only ever effects ONE of my 8 live audio input channels at a time.

Attached is an image demonstrating the issue.

Hi,

If you have the preset handy, open it up and go to Settings -> About and click Send Support Report then drop us an email with your key
so we can investigate further.

If it happens again you can also try clicking the i button under Master in the mixer to see what the stats are for the audio input in question, such
as if the sample counter is increasing and if it is a high delay or not.
