This error indicates a temporary problem with the Nvidia driver.
Restart your computer and make sure latest drivers are installed.

Perhaps try reinstalling the driver. Error code 0x3e7 is CUDA code 999 which means CUDA_ERROR_UNKNOWN.
This means something is wrong with the driver somewhere as any application using NVENC would fail, not just vMix.
