I own 2 Quad 2 cards, and they both work flawlessly in vMix. You have to post more details/screenshots, what vmix version, the system specs, etc so we are able to help you.

yes im sorry I was very tired last night. the problem is with desktop video 10.6.8, and vmix 17.0.0.92 sure and i think that also the last day the .99 was delivary and i try it. i have see that the blackmagic also have a new version 10.7. i would try this later if find some camera that not work in vmix
The problem is very strange, because if not work in media express i understand that is a problem of blackmagic but in media express work good, so the problem is vmix.

BMD cards are very picky about settings. The video format settings must exactly match the format of the source or they simply give you nothing. So check the settings in Desktop Video. Compare these to the input settings on vMix. They must match exactly, right down to frame rate and interlace or non-interlace.

What is the name of the inputs you are adding? Can you make a screenshot?
