This may be an interesting alternative midi control surface for Vmix. It supports midi cable and midi over usb, and is a nice solution with a T-bar. Going to test it out shortly and see how it works. Also pretty handy as a backup.

It has midi out and says it carries midi over usb on the product page. Waiting to get one in to fully test.

Its an interesting device, seems pretty limited in functionality for $1,000 though. 4 preview and 4 active channels with no controls for overlay or virtuals so would only be good for a relatively small production. The built in HDMI switching is interesting though.

Could be used just for camera switching and audio with a non USB mixer, while vMix handles the rest.

That is one thought. I am mainly interested in using it as a low cost control surface. I enjoy being able to use a T-Bar.

anyone know anything about midi with Roland V1-HD? Can it work with Vmix? Only have used it with Magewell hdmi to usb3, and it works perfect. But want to know if anyone have tryed it with midi settings?
