Fail:: Video input signal to Green Screen

Yesterday I had an live event and twice the signal from the cameras showed a green screen and audio to entering VMIX stop, I had to turn off the computer and start again i have last versión of Vmix in trial mode here the video: in time: 1:52:20 i use the Magewell XI006AUSB

Hi,
Sorry you have had some trouble using the XI006AUSB with vMix.
When vMix stops receiving a signal it stays on the previous frame, so the green screen indicates something wrong on the Magewell device end.
Determining the cause is a bit more difficult, as it is analog and the audio stops as well it may be a USB conflict, are you using any other USB devices at the same time? If so remove them and see if the problem persists.
You can also try downloading the latest drivers from the Magewell web site.

i connected other two USB devices: a fan (to cool my Alienware Laptop) and another device that gave power to a converter HDMI to RCA...
You think it affects, although they were only to give electricity?
