Hello!
Today I started having trouble with Vmix 15. Specifically, when I try to load an Instant Replay input. When I try, instead of the replay control popping up, this error message does instead:

VMix Error
Root Element is missing.
Unhandled

Here is my PC info:

Vmix Pro 15.0.0.88 x64
BlackMagic Decklink SDI
Windows 8.1 Enterprise
Intel Core i7-4930K 3.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
32Gb RAM

Other things I have tried, reinstalling Vmix and the BlackMagic software. And I still get the same error. Also, the black magic card is working in fine in Vmix with the other functions; just not replay.

Anyone? I really don't want to reformat this entire system because of a buggy program. But our sports season starts Friday, so I am really under the gun here...

Hi,

This means the instant replay session you have in e:\test2 has somehow been corrupted, specifically the config.xml files.
You can create a new session by clicking browse and creating a new folder and everything should be fine.

If you need the test2 session you can email us the config.xml file to see if it can be recovered.
