Are you trying to play a mp4 file and this doesn't work? Or is the video playing and it won't stream? A more structured description with more information would help a lot.....

On the desktop with VLC the video works.

Does your video clip play in VLC or Window Media Player?
If not, the it is your problem. Try a different clip.
VLC will show you all about the technical details of the media.

Hi,
Please install the latest graphics card drivers for your computer. It looks like the Windows basic graphics driver is installed rather than the one from the manufacturer. (Nvidia, AMD or Intel).

Hello, i opened ones a thread already, nut now i fixed a bit.
I had the problem that nothing appears when i click on stream but now i installed video codecs which one user advised "K-Lite Codec x64" now the sound appears and a image which i use as a channel logo a small one in a corner.
But there is still the problem that only a black screen appears , sound works logo also.
Is there or could be there another problem?
Hope to get a fast and positive feedback ;)

@ navee
What software did you use to download? That might be the source of your issue... (the file plays fine for me from my download)
