Of course there is.
In Settings/Outputs untick the overlays you do not want to be recorded.

hi, I know that you can do in the settings, but I want to send ONLY in output and not recording them in, but I did not go there in rec it in output I Vmix sd. Thank You

One of us must be misunderstanding the other.

If you want to Output something, with an Overlay in that Output, and Record that Output BUT without the Overlay.
Then go to Settings/Outputs, select Output under Record/External, and untick the overlays you do not want.
See attached image (trust me, the recording do not contain the Overlay shown in Output).
