This card works with Vmix?

I have this error

Capture Device Is Not Supported, Device Reported the following: Video Capture

is there a solution?

Already use this card in the past, never succeed to have any feed. Give a Black screen. I cannot advice it to any one. If you buy it recently, ask for a refund and for the same price, take an avermedia

it is possible that a card pinnacle, 50 euro, with connessionre firewire functions, and instead a startech pci express, has problems?
however, I can manage up to 768x576, with the composite (yellow) does not work, however, with the hdmi connection the camera sees. my version is 14.0.0.83 x64

Dear,

It was two years ago when I try this card, I did really remember the setting of when I do this. Only the result of the black screen (what ever the things I try) that I remember very well. Since then, I will never use it again.
But, It will be better, as you can see through out the forum, to get a capture card that have a good result with vmix. Some are cheap (like Avermedia) and some others are expensive , But this depend on what you really intend to do with it.

If you succeed to have a signal with the HDMI, why not forget the composite. In the HDMI you will get a crystal clear image what ever the resolution you will use under 1920*1080
