Running vMix 30 preview 30.0.0.22.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an input, e.g. color bars
2. Enable Output 1 and tick the 8-10 bit conversion box
3. Enable External

To verify what is outputted, either attach a SDI monitor to the Output or create a loop back into a second SDI Input (did both)
1. Use a short cable to link the SDI Output to an SDI Input
2. Add a Camera Input that refers to that SDI Input

I noticed a shift of the image, like 2/3 of the image is show left, the 1/3 at the start is shown at the end.

When disabling the 8-10bit conversion the issue is no longer.

Tested with BMD Decklink Duo, Decklink IP HD and Decklink IP 100G.
