i think your stuck with using black magic decklin cards with a expensif pricetack of like more then 100 dollars/euros or go for used ones and osprey cards
also the usb analog easycap may work they are really cheap.

Easycap USB devices work with vMix quite well. They are as low as $5 on eBay.
Apparently having more than a few does not work (said in another thread) but I have seen some CCTV systems use more than 5 at a time so IDK.

Hello, I read that you use this card, Winnov 4400, I wanted to know which system and which version of Vmix. I have win7 64 bit and Vmix latest version 13.0.0.142 and I need to have 4 inputs 720x576, I can do with this card? Thanks and sorry for the trouble.

Ok I've been trying 4 easycaps ($7 each on ebay) as soon as I plug in a 2nd one the first disappears and they get hot as heck... I put one in my usb 3.0 port and the other in a usb 2.0 port garunteeing seperate usb channels, also I tried using a powered 4 port usb hub. they just get hot and disappear from device manager..
Now I have gotten to work, a single ion video2pc and a single easycap with vmix on an i7 laptop 16 gigs ram win 8.1 all updates and latest vmix, left them both capturing video over night from two different cable boxes, recorded and external outputs grabbed by windows expression encoder 4 and sent to my win server no problems..
I also attempted to get an eascap 4 channel video to work with vmix. after downloading 30 or so different drivers and having to reformat my computer due to viruses from some of the drivers I gave up on it..
Oh and for the record, 2 SD capture devices in a USB 2.0 hub to a single USB port on the laptop work just fine, no overloading on power or on bandwidth..
DOes anyone have an experience in getting four cams into vmix for under $100... Currently I am using a videoonix mx-1 and then sending the output from that to my laptop for input to add overlays etc etc and recording/streaming for live events..
I really like vmix and figure I could cut my equpment and setup time down quite a bit but I have to get 4 channels working and I really want to spend less then another $100... I mean I can get a roland v4 for 350$ or replace my videonix mx-1 for $250 so I can not justify spending $500 or $1000 for just capturing the video...
BTW my easycap 4 channel is using the smigrabber video driver and works with its own software all four channels, but vmix just ignores it..

I've just installed a 4-channel UBS PCIe card and use 4 EZCap.tv frame grabbers that work just fine. This card -- 4 Port PCI Express (PCIe) SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Card Adapter w/ 4 Dedicated 5Gbps Channels-- was about $85 on Amazon.com. I recommend it.
