Generally nobody--at least in terms of who's willing to share.
StreamGeeks are usually the first (and only, unless vMix does a live stream mid-show) to provide actual info out of IBC, but they haven't uploaded a YouTube video in 6 months.
Back when, I had assumed that a broadcast software and convention would attract reporters or those with similar inclinations, but that has not been my experience, at least not within the vMix communities.

It's only day 1 of a five day show. It may take a bit for any reporting to get out to the public.

I mean, you just go to the booth and say what you saw there.
It's not something that really takes time--just a willingness that most people don't seem to have.
Even in the past when people have explicitly said "I'm going on this day and I'll report back" within the various vMix communities, they haven't.
When I say the vMix news out of IBC is generally limited to StreamGeeks and the vMix live stream, I'm not exaggerating.
And StreamGeeks usually published on Day 1, if I recall correctly. And their website and YouTube channel has had a lot fewer updates than usual over the past year.
