I'm trying to setup an audio delay in negative, since the video delay isn't really smooth, the problem is that when I do this: It doesn't change anything for the Recording, it works when in positive but not in negative

Negative delay is not possible. You can't get a signal to arrive faster than it actually arrives. It would require time travel.
You must delay all other things to be in time with the latest arriving signal.

You must delay all other things to be in time with the latest arriving signal. vMix adds artificial delay to Audio inputs to combat video capture delay so video and audio would be in sync. You can use negative delay on the Audio inputs. It is not per say negative so it would arrive before the signal arrives (requires time travel) but removing that artificial delay is possible using the slider OP has captured, hence the negative delay.

Any idea if this works on all inputs? I tested it with multiple hardware devices, and it's not working. We run vMix at the low input capture settings, and this causes the video to arrive earlier than the audio due to the artificial delay introduced by vMix. The part where the negative delay does work is in the recording settings. Setting the audio delay to -96 ms does indeed prevent us from having to add 6 frames (at 60 fps) of delay to the video capture input. Now this only solves part of our issue, because the streaming settings don't have an audio delay option, unfortunately. Anyway, skipping the artificial delay vMix introduces on the input would solve this.

Negative Audio Delay is only possible on recorded content (Video Inputs and Audio file Inputs) where vMix can actually "see into the future" to pull that audio before its time so to speak.
