I recently updated Windows 11 and vMix on the same day - June 7, 2026. Since then, whenever I open an existing file, the inputs show up on the screen but are blank. I went through different settings in Windows and vMix with no change. I stumbled upon the audio output in settings and found it set to speakers. I changed it to headphones (which we use), which matches the Windows setting. Clicked OK and vMix restarted and everything was normal. Next time it did the same, and I changed the output to Windows default, and vMix worked again.
It seems there is a disconnect in the software. I can change back and forth between headphones and the default and vMix works perfectly after it restarts.

Do you know of any fix for this issue?

I'm having the same issue - latest Win11 build, all drivers on current latest (Nvidia Studio drivers).

When I open a show file, everything displays normally for around 5-10 seconds and then every input goes blank. Audio works as normal.

Triggering any restart (changing an audio output or a video setting) makes everything work fine.

Very weird issue - I can't say exactly when it started as I haven't used vMix on this machine in 2-3 months.
