Have you tested how a single NDI input with FEIM (faultly encoder isolation) enabled work? Do you have crashes or freezing NDI?

What is you CPU? Intel 13th/14th generation processors are known to cause self-degradation prior to a microcode update. 0xc0000005 errors may be one symptom for that problem. NDI decoding is CPU-intensive and decoder could run more or less by random on a degraded CPU core, leading to crash.
