Good afternoon everyone, we're using 3 PTZ cameras via NDI in a podcast.
Strangely, they've started lagging, but only in vMix. We tested it in OBS and it ran smoothly. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please share how you solved it.
Updated license,

Updated license, Check your Network connections, especially at the PC. You may have a 100mbps connection instead of a 1000mbps (Gigabit). Gigabit is recommended minimum speed.

Hi Roy, We checked and everything was normal. I remember that the power in the room was fluctuating, could that be influencing it?

Absolutely, with fluctuating power all manners of equipment could be crashing and restarting andi for network equipment that could cause it to lag.

Check if the NDI is without issues in Studio Monitor. This is the reference.

It only happened at that specific event; after that, we did four more transmissions in the same format and everything went well. Now we always run an HDMI fiber optic cable along with the RJ45 cable, haha.

@Mavik--- At the time of the incident, we checked the NDI stream through Studio Monitor @Mavik, including in OBS. It was running perfectly, which leads me to believe it's something related to vMix :(
