Recently I upgraded my Geforce graphics card (RTX 4070 to RTX 5070Ti). After this upgrade, problems started occurring in my streaming: the first time I stream, the sound is completely distorted, as if there were encoding problems. The video also looks like it's in slow motion. To solve the problem, I disconnect the stream and restart it, and everything goes back to normal. But the problem can happen at unexpected times during the stream.

I've already looked for all kinds of solutions, with changes in streaming modes, settings on my computer (which is an i9 14900k, with 32 GB of memory), but nothing works.

Before the graphics card upgrade, my streams were perfect.

I tested the stream with another program and no problems occurred.

Is anyone experiencing a similar situation and has found a solution?

Below I posted a video with this problem:

Thanks.

Try rolling back the driver to the same version that you used with the 4070, it may be a driver version problem. Are you using the Creator driver or the Gaming one? That might make the difference as well.

I was using the gaming version but updated to the creator version. The problem occurred in both versions.

The problem now is getting the previous driver because the Nvidia app updates the driver and I haven't been able to locate where the drivers are downloaded yet.

When I changed the video cards, the Nvidia app automatically requested the update.

I'll try to find the old driver and see if that solves it.

Recent NVIDIA drivers require FFMPEG6 in vMix, can you verify you are using that that?

I've tried every possible change: I reverted to the driver before the video card change, used FFMPEG6 in vMix, used the most basic vMix settings, uninstalled and reinstalled vMix, and none of them solved the problem.
The only thing left to do is to put the RTX 4070 video card back in or test vMix on another computer, but I don't have a software license for that.
To continue my broadcasts, the only option would be to start the broadcast, disconnect and reconnect, and hope the problem doesn't happen during the broadcast, or use other software (which is what I'm doing for now).
Thanks.
