Is there a way to use Multicorder to record each selected input to audio only? I know it's possible to record an input with both audio and video, or to use WAV File Record for a separate wav file. But I only want to record the audio, not the video, to save on space and resources.

Audio only recording is not possible with vMix, the best you can do is record a WAV file in conjunction with the video recording, and then delete the video recording if it is not needed or wanted.
