Ive used VMix for playback to a BMD 3g monitor. A couple times now when I test the playback the sync is fine but a few hours later when I play some thing, the audio is out of sync. I can correct it with the audio settings, but I'm not sure what exactly is causing it or how to prevent it. I'm using the external output at 1080i59.9. I could understand a little drift as the playback progresses, but I notice it shortly after restarting the playback.

vMix version? OS version? Hardware specs? BMD Driver version? ("Desktop Video") etc..
And is the "BMD 3G Monitor" box the newer one with the Thunderbolt3 connection (usb-c -like)? And how is this connected to the PC? Does the PC- have Thunderbolt3/4 support and is the cable real Thuderbolt cable or regular "ucb-c" cable?

VMix 29.0.0.41, although it happened on an version a few months ago as well Win 11 Pro (up to date, but I don't know the exact build when it happened) MSI GS75 Stealth i7-10875H @2.3Ghz 32GB ram NVidia GForce RTX 2070 BMD Desktop Video 14.0.1 It's the BMD 3G Monitor connected to thunderbolt via thunderbolt cable. I also have an UltraStudio 4k and a Decklink 8k Pro in a Thunderbolt enclosure, but I think both times I noticed this happening it was with the 3G
