Hello

I hope you are well.

I have a new generation JVC camera. I connected it to the local network.

When I type 192.168.1.88 and port 80 in the browser and enter the username and password, I can access its interface.

How can I transfer the image from this camera to vMix?

I believe this camera can only do RTMP, not SRT.
vmix can only receive RTMP via the VLC plugin as client.
OBS has an RTMP server plugin and should be able to receive your camera.
from there you can send the signal to vmix over OMT or NDI.
or you install the open source RESTREAMER, to decode your camera and send it to vMix

GY-HM200E-RTSP.png (5kb) downloaded 42 time(s).
The Stream input supports adding IP Cameras and Streaming Servers that support the RTSP,

The standard RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) port is
554 (TCP/UDP), but it is often blocked by firewalls, which is why it is sometimes changed (e.g., to 8554 or another port) and must be forwarded via a router for remote access (port forwarding). RTSP controls media streams (such as video from IP cameras) using protocols like TCP for control and UDP for the actual data flow (via RTP/RTCP).

To set up the JVC GY-HM200E for RTSP,
Connect the camera to the network (LAN/WLAN/LTE), access the web interface via your browser, activate the network menu under System > Network, configure the network connection (DHCP recommended), go to Network > Settings > Live Streaming Set > Server and select a server (e.g. Server 1), set the type to RTSP, enter the stream name, select resolution/bitrate and activate live streaming.
Step-by-step instructions:

Establish network connection:
Connect the camera to a supported USB Ethernet adapter (LAN) or Wi-Fi/LTE to get an IP address.
Go to System > Network and turn it on to "On".
Use the Connection Setup > Wizard to configure the Ethernet connection (DHCP recommended).
Access the web interface:
Find the IP address of the camera in the network status of the camera.
Enter this IP address in your web browser to open the camera interface.
Make live streaming settings:
In the web interface, navigate to Network > Settings > Live Streaming Set > Server.
Select an available server (Server1, Server2 etc.).
Set the type to RTSP.
Enter a stream name (e.g. "jvc") – this must match exactly with the last part of the target URL.
Set resolution (e.g. 720p) and bit rate (e.g. 3.0M), observe the restrictions for simultaneous streaming and recording.
Activate Live Streaming.
Start streaming:
You can use the streaming function to take a button on the camera to start the stream.
Enter the full RTSP URL (e.g. rtsp://IP_ADDRESS_IHRER_KAMERA:554/live/stream1) in your streaming software (such as VLC or OBS) to receive the stream.
