There is probably other people who have made this request; but since I'm new to vMix and moving from OBS - I wanted to see if there was any alternative or workaround for having a waveform visualizer. I know it may seem like a small insignificant request; but we do a lot of music related shows and use that a lot to show movement on the screen that goes with the music. Is this a feature that can be added, or is there a different way of doing this using a 3rd party?

+1 for the idea of adding it to vMix

I mean, just use the OBS one. That's what I do. Stick a direct NDI output on the source itself and bring the waveform into vMix with a transparent background.

If you need the sync to be perfect, you'll have to make some tweaks.
