When I clicked the link saying Tell me how to solve this problem, it leads me to open .NET Framework ...
but my PC does not have that folder.

Thanks for helping, but I don't know how to install .NET 3.5.
The instruction is to goto install directory to change something, but this is a brand new Windows 11 Pro laptop, and that directory was not there.

My problem was failure to install .NET 3.5.
When I tried to install vMix DesktopCapture, it tried to install .NET 3.5, and failed.
I tried to manually install it just like you suggested, I got the same problem. The error I got was always:

I looked up the solution for that error code, and could not follow what it tells me to do. The error code seems about Windows 10, but my PC is 11 PRO.
