Can I use any of the following servers for vMix in order to achieve great performance during HD mixing, chroma keying and virtual sets? If yes, is a GPU card essential?

HP ML310e
HP ML350 G4/G3
HP ML370 G4
HP PROLIANT DL380 G6
Dell PowerEdge 2900

Does not matter if it is server hardware or normal hardware.
It is the spec of the hardware that matters.

Check out the system requirements over at http://www.vmix.com.au/supported-hardware.aspx

Regarding GPU, for HD it is needed. vMix utilize the GPU for all the inputs so having one with at least 1GB is needed.
Probably will find these servers wont have powerful inbuilt GPUs so you will need to get a dedicated graphics card.
