Still Connection Problems with Vmix

I am still having troubles getting my streamdeck (6.8.1 (21263)) to connect and work with my vmix (28.0).
Always when I press the streamdeck buttons the yellow exclamation marks appear and vmix doens't recognise the buttons.
I tried all fixes here in the forum (start vmix after streamdeck, deinstall both, change profile orders, klick on the button in streamdeck) but nothing works for me.
I am on a workstation in a big company. Might there be an IT resttriction for the connection between both? The log gives this error code:
ESDObsConnectionManager::CreateSocket::<lambda_4>::operator ()(): SLOBS returned error Verbindung verweigert
can anyone help pls?

The error seems to be connected to OBS. Maybe uninstall the Streamdeck OBS plugin, and test again.

You didn't mention if you've tried completely removing (as in also deleting the plugin files) and readding the vMix plugin within the Stream Deck software.
