Guest Blue Screen, Can't See Guest in Studio

Hi, A regular guest on video calls (the host of our show) can no longer successfully log into the studio. No issues before yesterday. On logging in, he now sees a blue screen and then a small window with himself ( = camera working) overlaid on top of it. I, the host, cannot see the guest in the studio either. Other guests do not have this issue, so somewhere there is an issue on his end that we've not been able to troubleshoot. He says he hasn't changed anything on his Windows PC laptop. Unsuccessful fix attempts: 1) Updated Google Chrome to latest version. 2) Checked camera and mic permissions in Chrome are good. 3) Reduced Return Feed to guest to low (360p). 4) Enabled direct peer to peer connections. 5) Restarted VMix after all changes made. 6) Successfully logged in from his smartphone. 7) Speed test on internet: 19Mbps down and 19Mbps up. 8) Sent multiple new video call links.
