The computer at church decided it no longer wanted to work so we had to buy a new computer that I am now setting up again to livestream our services. Everything worked just fine on the old computer and now I’m having issues with the cameras. I have just started setting up the camera angles and 1 camera has 2 different angles set up (for the moment). I tested the cameras to see how it was working and the camera will not switch between the 2 angles. The presets I have are “Pulpit”, “Lecturn”, and “Congregation”. I cannot switch between the pulpit and the lecturn. I tried switching between pulpit and congregation and then lecturn and I doesn’t move the camera to the lecturn. I have the newest version of VMix and am attempting to update the firmware of the cameras but have a ticket in for that. If the firmware will fix it then no worries, I’ll get that fixed. I just wanted to see what y’all thought could be going on.
