On my GoPro Hero 4 I'm wondering if it's possible to get video from it for NDI. I'll be producing a basketball game and it will be nice to have these camera for some static shots.

I would recommend looking at Marshall cameras which is meant for this. GoPros need expensive accessories to achieve the same as the Marshall cameras provides out of the box. Cheers.

You can certainly get video from a GoPro Hero 3 via HDMI, and power it via a USB cable. I used one every day at IBC a couple of years ago for an early demonstration of software encoding NDI using a capture card (on the Magewell booth). According to the GoPro site, "You will generally see about a 2-3 frame delay when using HDMI live preview" on the Hero 4.

I Have a GoPro 11 that shows image on phone for monitoring. I was wondering about tapping into it for NDI input Vmix livestream... and Also still monitor with phone as I will be separated from computer for that time frame.
Actually I just want to use live video from GoPro Hero11 to an input on vMix that I can use during live stream in progress. however; I can't even get it to live stream to GoPro.com new live stream space reliably. It shows up later but that won't do. I can just as easily use the SD card recording.
