Eventing All
Just used the Zoom integration to bring in a presenter to a Hybrid Event and although I could see the presenter's mouse moving and pointing at stuff on their screen share on the Zoom laptop that I was using to manage the meeting the screen share coming into vMix had no mouse pointer.
thanks

I have had similar issues with using an app called ZoomISO to bring zoom calls into VMIX via NDI. I was hoping VMIX27 would not suffer the same problem. It's a real issue when trying to demonstrate / teach software live.

Would love some feedback from the admins on if this will be able to be fixed?

@ knbPixels
Apparently, this is a "bug" or oversight in the ZOOM SDK that does not have an option to enable the view for the cursor, so not much vMix can do until ZOOM addresses that. A possible "workaround" solution is to enable the highlight around the cursor (Annotate ==> Spotlight), which will display (not ideal, but will work).

I actually got some clarification from Zoom, and while I won't go into the details of why the screen share in Zoom is able to display the cursor and vMix isn't able to see it...I will say it should be possible for Zoom to make a provision for this, but I don't believe a fix is in the works.

We have solved this problem! Try having guests login to zoom via a web browser, as opposed to the app. The pointer is back during screenshares!
