Do you have AJA Control Panel on the computer? If so, then use it to access and change settings.

However, Kona 3G cards will not be recognized by vMix. Kona 3G is no longer on the vMix Supported Hardware page.

https://www.vmix.com/software/su...are.aspx#capturehardware

I think vMix 23 or 24 were the last version to support Kona 3G cards.

Well you use the AJA software to change to Level B BEFORE you launch vMix.

Looks like SportsNetUSA.net is correct about vMix dropping supporting for the KONA 3G. You may find that you are able to use the card in some capacity with vMix, but that does not mean that vMix supports the card and all of its functions.

So it is unreasonable of you to expect vMix to work with this card as you hope.

BTW, it is viewed as an insult to call someone illiterate. I am sure you did not intend that in your post.
