Hi,
I installed the latest version of vmix 27.68 and the program did not open and gives the error "D3DStartup Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic operation."


After contacting support I received this response:
"Unfortunately this error is due to a fault in the fonts system on that computer.
You will also see this error when trying to open the GT Title Designer.
Perhaps a font was recently installed that coincided with the update.
There is no fix that we know of other than to reinstall windows to fix the corruption."

I have Windows 11 64 installed, with a GTX4080 Ti graphics card,
all updates made

I reinstalled the Vmix 26 version and it works, can anyone help me?

This is caused by corruption in the fonts on the Windows install.
A reinstall of Windows is likely required to solve the problem.

I reinstalled Windows 11 and the problem persists in the latest version of vmix 27.69

I tried it on vmix version 26 and it worked, something is wrong with the new version
Can you please provide optional solutions?

Sorry, the cause of the error is definitely due to bad fonts on the system.
vMix loads GT when starting up now, whereas it did not do this in 26 until much later on, hence the difference you are seeing.

If you run the GT Designer app, it will show the same error, as it is caused by one or more corrupt fonts on the system.
