4k station inputs pcie lanes limitations

Hi,
I'm building a station with these components:
Intel Core i9-12900KF (3.2 GHz / 5.2 GHz) nVidia 3090 FE be quiet! Silent Loop 2 360mm Gigabyte Z690 AORUS Tachyon Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32 Go (2 x 16 Go) 5200 MHz CL40 - Noir Samsung SSD 980 PRO M.2 PCIe NVMe 2 To be quiet! Silent Base 802 (Noir) be quiet! Straight Power 11 850W 80PLUS Platinum
I have a question concerning the pcie lanes, The cpu has 20 of it so: 4 for the nvme drive, 8 for gpu(enough no need to use 16) and 8 for a Decklink 8k Pro. The initial plan was to have 4 physical 4k inputs and switch between the decklink and a elgato camlink pro (4HDMI) depending of the production. But I saw that the elgato uses only 4 pcie lanes.
So my question is: if I mount my nvme drive on the chipset lanes to gain 4 lanes, and mount both Elgato and BM capture cards, will I be able to use it at the same time? I'm only talking about the pcie limitations, maybe 8 4k inputs will be too much for the machine but could 6 4k or 8 HD work like this?
Thank you in advance

If you want 4 4k60 inputs have you looked at the Decklink Quad HDMI?
Also note the Camlink Pro is 4k30 and not 4k60 if that matters to you.

CPU = 20 LANES
PCIE 1 = 5.0 x16 (x8) = nVidia 3090FE PCIE 2 = 5.0 x16 (x8) = DECKLINK 8K or DECKLINK QUAD HDMI M2.1 = PCIE 4.0 X4
normally for chipset Z690 = DMI 4.0 x8 = 16 Go/s
CHIPSET Z690
PCIE 3 = 3.0 X4 = CAM LINK PRO (2 Go/s)
so normally no problem
8 x 1080p ok 8 x 4K30 ok 5 x 4K60 (with an Elgato 4k60 pro for example) 6 x 4K60 (with an Yuan SC710N2-L for example)
