Hello!

I don't know guys if I choose the right topic for this question. Sorry in advance.

I work with vMix (last version for today) + just bought Stream Deck, which is connected by Stream Deck.

I can add kind of like shortcuts with the vMix plugin via Stream Deck app. But everytime I press these buttons, it shows me an exclamation point.

More than that, vMix doesn't show me Stream Deck in Shortcuts settings. How can I connect Stream deck to vMix?

What's the problem?

BTW, 3-4 month ago it was working, I could change Preview/Output, set the volume and etc. Nowadays it's not like that.

Honestly, if you're trying to do something basic/simple & you can set a reserved IP for your vMix machine, your best option is to just use the "Website" function under "System", use the web command URL, and check the "GET request in background" box.

Good day. Try Bitfocus Companion. It is easy to program and control directly with feedback.
It can export and save settings and much more. I have been using more than a year and maximum satisfaction. At the last event I had 2x Atem, VMIX and feedback under one button.
