Hi everyone,
i have a RGBLINK mini that i use via USB with VMIX.. everything worked fine until a couple of months ago

i use it on 3 computers.. on my main station everything is still working ok..
on a notebook and on a secondary station i have the following problem...

i connect the rgblink mini via usb 3.. i use it as an CAMERA INPUT in vmix..
everything is working good at the beginning.. but after a couple of minutes (randomly) the video freezes.. if i use the tbar on the rgblink mini it will not work on vmix, i still see the video freezed.. the strange thing is that the audio still works fine, only the video is blocked

if i unplug.. and replug the rgblink it restart working fine for some minutes until it freezes again..

any of you use this device? are you getting problems?
