Greeting we haven't heard from you in a long time, so here's a question, if anyone knows the answer. I should make a countdown, but if I could see the milliseconds as well. As far as I can see, there is HH:mm:ss, but I can't make it count down in milliseconds. Eg: 00:00:01:465 Look at the pictures. Has anyone solved it mili.jpg (96kb) downloaded 2 time(s).Wouldn't it be good if there was an option with milliseconds

The problem is that when we select the countdown option, the counter returns to 00:00:00 and I can't get any milliseconds.

Who can even read that fast not to mention one is not using a video framerate that could even show them all! if you really want to you need the HH:mm:ss.fff string added to that list within the vMix user.config file but would not do it it as the visual result literally looks like SH** (very slow updating) Works though used in countdown to time (clocks)

I'm doing a countdown for a competition, so sometimes less than a second is important.

Don't use the countdown for that (not suited) , use an external application , do not display the miliseconds during the count but only when final time is reached for nice look. If you want results in milliseconds make sure that the start and stop triggering are accurate also else it is pointless hence external timer source !

OK, if it doesn't work otherwise, I'll try the UTC program. However, it would be good to put the option mm:ss:ff in the display option in contdown
