La mia idea è questa: siccome il 4k è grande 4 volte un full hd, volevo poter usare una camera in 4k così da ottenere 4 inquadrature con una singola camera e fare streaming in full hd, vmix se aggiundo una camera 4k ad un progetto full hd auto ridimensiona la telecamera 4k in full hd, mentre sarebbe interessante mantenere la telecamera delle dimensioni reali, cioè 4 volte un full hd.

Yes, the "Output" will be that of your project, but vMix retains the resolution of the source Input so when you zoom in up to 75% of a 4K source, the Output will still be full HD and should not pixelate.
You can check the resolution of any Input in its Settings:
cog wheel of Input ==> General tab ==> Resolution box along right side
