How to set what inputs are selected by default?

We are doing a 4 camera sports event. When we create a new highlight the default selection is whatever was done on the previous highlight. This is not a good solution. We would like to have all 4 of them selected by default. I'm sure others have good reasons to want different default seletions.

How do we do this?

Simple answer is no.

I get what you are saying though like maybe an option that said I always want input 2 marked by default.

Maybe that would make for a good feature request. You are correct though by default it is always what was checked last. VMIX replay does require you have something checked for each play, so I guess this was a logical way to do this. I run a lot of 3 Play and this is one difference between the two softwares.

If you really wanted to get advanced you could create a script that checked multiple inputs each time. If you dont know scripting well I recommend the free VMIX scripting app.

That and a couple Youtube how to videos would have you set for this pretty easily.
