Hi everyone

We have just purchased 2 new custom build PC's and one of the PC's has been fitted with a Blackmagic Decklink 4k card. The SDI input to vMix is working fine but the Decklink output option for "Fullscreen 1" is not displaying in the drop down box and it is only showing the onboard HDMI 1-4 outputs.

Also to confirm that the Decklink Video Set-up is showing Video input @ 1080p50 and Video Output @ 1080p50

Any help in getting vMix to see the Decklink SDI output would be very welcome.

Thanks for the message @Ice Stream. I've followed the set-up as per the config notes and still no video output. The Decklink Video Set-up is showing Video input @ 1080p50 and Video Output @ 1080p50. I've put a SDI tester on the Decklink output SDI cable and the test card and audio is displaying on the graphics PC preview window input on the Blackmagic ATEM. When I plug the SDI back into the Decklink the ATEM graphics PC preview window returns to black screen.

Further thoughts welcome...

Thanks for the messages and it was a Blackmagic colour selection issue in that BM ATEM's will only see Y,Cb,Cr,4:2:2 and not RGB 4:4:4 which is a selectable option in the Decklink set-up options.

All working fine now.
