Looks like i might have fixed the problem with the blue screen admin but i now have another problem and opened a new thread just in case others were having the same as me, So vmix doesnt recognise my capture card (Elgato Game Capture HD) so i use xSplit and then on vmix i go to capture and select xSplit, The only problem im having is that when it loads the video is perfect but the sound lets off an all might screech, i was wondering what setting on the audio side i would have to do to fix this? I have done it already but i cant remember the setting i did so it is do'able.

Looks like your config file is corrupt.
Try deleting everything in this folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\vMixSocial
(Replace username with your username).
If that doesn't work, reinstall vMix Social.

Hi Martin Thanks for the quick reply mate really appreciated
So i went to the app data folder and there was nothing there for vmix social, there is a vmix folder there but im assuming thats to do with the vmix program and not the vmix social app, so i have tried to uninstall it which i did and reinstalled it and still getting the same error

When i finally fix that now i get this error! http://prntscr.com/3v2cbcIve come to the conclusion that this program is way to buggy, If it accepts my capture card in the future i will revisit the software but right now ill stick with xsplit as its far less buggy and actually recognises my capture card

Hi Greg,
To be honest, it looks like there are some issues with your computer setup as these bugs have not been seen before. In particular, that latest error means either you don't have a sound card installed, or there is a problem with the sound card.
A sound card is required in order to use vMix.

Martin vMix
