Computer: Dell Windows 11, vMIX Pro v.25.0.0.31
Camera: Panasonic AW-UE150 v.02.94 with NDI/HX License Active
Network Switch with Static IP on all gear.


I confirmed that NDI/HX is active on the PTZ camera. I confirmed that NDI Studio Monitor can see the NDI feed for all 4 cameras. When selecting sources, I can see the NDI and JPEG streaming feeds.
With vMIX I can see the JPEG streaming source in the input choices but not the NDI sources. I know there are Windows 11 issues but doesn't say there is an NDI input issue. Any ideas on how to get NDI/HX into vMIX?

Hi Gary,

A second response was sent from vMix Support to your roadrunner email on Monday May 23rd, did you not receive it?

(please note, it is always best to keep support emails within a single address and thread as chasing you across several emails and/or the vMix forum is not going to be very efficient)

I responded to an email and asked to resend the 2nd response. I~m still waiting for the 2nd response resend. I~ve also changed the profile email address. Hopefully no additional email issues.
