We are capturing the external output on a separate PC for live edits but the audio is no coming along with video. Any insights? Thanks

It is being captured on another PC using the BMD Ultra Studio Mini Recorder Thunderbolt. Thank for any insight.

Is the audio device set to the matching decklink audio renderer? When looking at the vMix audio meter, does the "External" meter show audio when it is running? Regards, Martin vMix
