I would like to port the entire vMix control screen, Preview, Broadcast, Sound Meters, Presets to a monitor. What is the best way to do this? I need the screen as the operator is seeing it, not just out broadcast screen.

I dont think you can do it inside vmix. You have to duplicate your monitors from windows settings

Try the vMix desktop capture (separate app from vMix) or a NDI Local Desktop Capture of Display 1 Input and send it out over your network or that input to extra monitor
