Web API SetText doesn't work

I'm having trouble with the web api Set Text Function.

Here's the URL I'm using:
http://localhost:8088/API/?Function=SetText&Input=Name&Title1=Another

(And yes... the input is called "Name" and the text field is called "Title1")

It responds with "Function completed successfully."

Even if I change the input and text field names to some bogus that doesn't exist, it still just responds with

"Function completed successfully."

I feel like there's something easy I'm overlooking here. Any ideas?
