Hi all,

I have a Google sheet data source that I want to use for a single line scrolling ticker.

The Google Sheet contains three columns for each event. For example

Column 1 has the Team v Team info
Column 2 has the game time info
Column 3 has the venue info

When creating the data source, I only get the option to display one column. So the ticker ends up just showing the Team v team info before moving onto the next team v team in the next row on the sheet. How can I display All three columns after each other for each row before moving onto the next row?

Thanks

By combining the 3 columns into one (GS can do that to another column or sheet for example)

Really? Sound like a pretty basic limitation of data sources if everything needs to be in one column. Then the sheet isn’t easily editable ??

Surely data sources can look across multiple columns?

Sure a data source can look accross multiple columns for different text fields in a title and such, ticker only has one such field.
Off course you could write a script that changes the column to be displayed inthat one field and than advance tothe next row , or you could convert rows to collumns (data source option) and just go through the collumns .
If you can not edit the sheet ( see vid below) you can dothe same with a vMix script and send to the title ..
