Hi,
Could you provide some more information regarding this issue. Do you receive an error in vMix? Are you able to connect to the desktop capture? Are you connected either via a local network or internet connection?

I am using local network LAN wire to connect both pc.
I can see the all operations of mouse clicks but when i am playing video in vlc on remote pc it shows me only blank screen in software preview window.
Is it issue of frame rate or LAN wire.
But if LAN wire issue then how can we see the youtube videos how does it transfer such high quality videos. then why cant we see in desktop capture.

To clarify: you can see everything on your remote desktop, but there's a black hole where videos should be?

That's because your vlc video playback uses hardware rendering to overlay your desktop with video images, and most desktop grabbers can't see these overlays, nor capture them. Youtube videos are rendered in your browser, not on hardware overlay, that's why you can see them. You could try to disable video accelleration in either vld or your graphics drivers settings, if you know how to.
