Hi In the next weeks i make a production with vmix was i need send to a national tv broadcaster to send the event live on tv. The request is to mal or a sng uplink or a better alternative over the web. On the event location we have a 100 Mbit upload fiber.
Anyone can gibe me a tip or experience to solve this request?

Hi it all depends on this TV equipments in terms of decoders they already have or protocols they support. I use contribution encoders for such things. This model in particular which is appreciated by TV channels https://www.ateme.com/pr...nd-transcoding/kyrion-cmor Aviwest DMNG180 http://www.aviwest.com/TV channels want interlaced in general Some now have streaming servers like Wowza for example. Then you can stream normally. I don't know what MAL is, but SNG means Satellite News Gathering, typically it's an OBVan. With 100mbit fiber you don't need satellite. Contact this channel to get more technical information to know what they prefer or can do. Guillaume
