This may be an issue with the local system itself, but would like some extra input from you guys to help me pin this down.

Got to church this morning and tried to adjust where the recording was going to be, clicked on the cog next to Record and vMix crashed. It was running 18.0.0.34? I think.

I restarted, and tried with no preset loaded. Still crashed.

So I upgraded, something I don't like to do 2 minutes before service!!

Upgraded, restarted, still crashes on my preset, as well as no preset. Now 19.0.0.37

When I hit record, it records to the last location and no issues. I'll limp through service today like this.

Any suggestions as to what could cause this? When I try to hit "debug" it crashes out to desktop.

I'll take the system home with me today and troubleshoot it this week.

Thanks for any input you may have for me.

Jon

This issue has been discussed a lot lately as it was caused (and already solved) by Windows Updates.

Using the Search function with "crash record" will give you all necessary information.

Yes, just update your Windows o/s. You want to make sure you are installing KB4015438 as part of the updates.
